Default New Products & New Product Block

Just a quirky little one. When I write up a new product, I always copy from an old one so I have the layout and just need to change the product description.

However, I've noticed this isn't then added to the new or latest product blocks or order in the category page.

It would be really useful if this would appear in those blocks as they are effectively new products with new sku's and so on.

(or am I doing something wrong again??)

    Thanks.

    Hi Nadine,

I think the reason for this is it brings across the release date from the original product. If you change the release date to the current date hopefully it might work?
    Regards,
