    Default Google Base/products help

Can anyone help me with a google base export,
all I get is the line of headings - no data but bluepark states its read 736 rows.

    I have a feeling I have something ignored which i should't.

You have to asssign a Googlebase category to each product (or untick the "export only those with a Googlebase category") before exporting. If you have hundreds of products you can assign agenerc category and update via another CSV export/import.

Take a product in Product Manager and you will see a "Channel" tab. You assign your Googlebase categories there. What I was suggesting was assign one "generic" category to one product then download your products in a CSV file (selecting only the SKU and Googlebase category fields), copy and paste the category using Excel into the other products and then reload as a CSV file which will populate all your other products with the same category. That's provided of course all your products can be calssified with that category.
