    Default Credit account customers ordering online

    Hi,

    Is it possible for credit account customers to submit an order online (i.e. checkout) without having to go through the payment process (because they will have 30 days to pay, for example)?

    Yes but you have to be on Business or Enterprise Park

    Yes, I get mine to tick the Payment By Telephone option. We can then see they have placed an order.

    Where is the Payment by Telephone option (I've got the Business package so it should be available)?

    If you create a credit account for a user, and set them a credit limit, then if the user checks out with a basket that is less than the limit there should be a payment option for "Credit Account".

    You can change any wording of this, and on the confirmation order page, via the Language Manager under Checkout :: Payment :: Credit

    We changed the wording of the payment by cheque to telephone.

    Is there any particular reason why people aren't using the built-in credit facility? I only ask because you've got me worried now...

    We use the credit option as well.
