There is another route. Bluepark API to RoyalMail API. No Netdispatch or DMO in the middle.
We have it currently under development here.

How has everyone got the parcel format into Netdespatch? I can't find a way to do that?

Even Royal Mails own staff tell you that the RM api is 'shaky' - they advised me to go the Netdespatch way as its highly rated. And given that RM bought NetDespatch not so long ago - I'll imagine they'll be changes soon.

I am having a proper look at Netdespatch at last. I know I asked it above but I am asking again as I think that is what put the brakes on for us. Where do you tell Netdespatch what your parcel format is? ie Large Letter, Packet etc?

Has anyone tried Click & Drop from Royal Mail yet? Or is that the same as DMO.

I've just bitten the bullet and bought a barcode printer - it's arrive today and haven't got a clue where to start.

The Royal Mail guy who told me it was doddle to use is being really helpful with advise like "Just have a play with Click and Drop and it'll become clear."

So Netdespatch is highly rated is it? From here it looks like they are as clued up as Royal Mail, i.e., bloody useless
Netdespatch doesn't work and this is the one (missing)feature that will drive us away from BP

I'm not sure what the problem is but we've been using the BP integrated version of NetDespatch for months and it works really well. Anything I can help with?

Thanks Greg, I'll get back to you. I honestly thought, judging from the forum posts, that nobody had it working successfully. I will set it up again and ask for your help when I remember what our problems were.

I often wonder why I like the film Clueless so much - perhaps because it rings so many bells with me!
