    Default Positioning the search bar (keep moving about)

    Hi Guys,

    The search bar position (#seax ) is different depending on what system I am using to look at the website.

    Mobile(iOS & Android) its very low, mac book its high. On Windows Desktop it low again.

    I positioned it absolutely to try and get it consistent.

    The button (#btn1) is always in same position on each screen.

    Can anybody give me some hints as to where I've gone wrong? Is it possible to simplify the code for the search bar? Is it the table making things jump about?
    Code:
    <style type="text/css">
    #seax {
    position:absolute;
    top:87px;
    left:624px;
    }
    </style>
    <div id="seax">
    <form autocomplete="off" method="post" action="/search.html">
    <table>
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td></td>
    <td>&nbsp;<input type="text" size="36" name="for" class="ui-autocomplete-input" autocomplete="off"role="textbox" aria-autocomplete="list" aria-haspopup="true">&nbsp;&nbsp;</td>
    <td><input type="hidden" name="brand" value="0"><input type="image" src="/user/templates/glass-blue-royal[1]/search_new.png" value="Go" alt="Go" style="padding: 0px"></td>
    </tr>
    </tbody>
    </table>
    </form>
    </div>
    <style type="text/css">

    The code for the button that seems to be keeping its position perfectly.

    Code:
    #btn1 {
    position:absolute;
    top:5px;
    left:336px;
    }
    </style>
    <div id="btn1">
    <a href="/delivery.html">
    <img border="0" src="/user/free-fast-delivery.png" alt="Free Fast Delivery" width="144"height="58"></a></p>
    </div>

    Is there a reason you're not just using the template settings for the search bar?
