    Default Exporting/Importing stock

    Hello

I have a big problem that I'm sure there is a simple answer too but I'm stumped.

I use a warehouse to pick and pack all my orders now. We need to automate the stock updating to their system. This means that I want to be able to suck out my orders from my site and have them automatically upload into their site on their chosen excel spreadsheet layout.

Of course, our excel layout on BP is nothing like theirs.

Does anyone else have this problem? How have you solved it? Is it an API I need or just a good conversion excel docuement? Either way does anyone have the answer or can do it for a fee?

It's causing real problems and updating onto their system will save us hours and valuable customer relations.

    Thanks very much
    Kate

Try Configuration > Order > head to the bottom of the page, you will find export header row. I assume that these can be tinkered with to match your warehouse requirements. Haven't done it myself though so make sure you take a backup of the existing config!
