    Default Upload Question

I have always avoided doing too much by the export/import in case I messed it up. Tonight I have done just that!
I wanted to do a bulk edit on an attribute called "Despatch". I have (or had) other attributes for the Google Feed. So I exported a csv with headings SKU, Attribute "Despatch" and Product Title. I edited the csv and then when I came to upload it there was only a single attribute option in the import section. But I went ahead with the import and lost all my attributes. Can some kind person tell me (idiot guide) how I can upload all my attributes again. They would be Despatch, Gender, Age, Colour.

Did you take a backup before doing this?

If not, contact Bluepark support and they may be able to restore things for you. That might be quickest.

Hi Red, no very foolishly I did not take a back up but I have used the mishap to clean up the attributes as there were loads that I no longer use in the attributes manager. I have almost rebuilt the attributes now, working late last night and most of today and have just uploaded them again.
