Default Bulk adding products to a category

I know there's a way of doing this but my brain just isn't working today !

I need to add a lot of products from one category into our sale category - please remind me how I do this without going into each product individually ! I keep going into the sale category and viewing the products but just can't remember how to get lots of products from one category copied into another !

    Thanks

In the category you want to add them to got to "products", click the "browse" button, then the "browse Category" drop down box.

Pick the category you want and tick the box at the top which will select all the products in that category.
