I am not convinced it is not still lurking but not sure whatelse I can do for now. MS Safety Scanner still running, malwarebytes on, Avast on etc... It was definitely interested in hijacking my online banking.

    Thanks again for your help.

Another good piece of software is Hitman Pro (this is free).

Don't click on the "adverts" when downloading. Make sure you only downlaod the software you want i.e. Hitman Pro.

We have one of the original iMacs and have always had AntiVirus Software running. When we purchased the iMac is was not so easy to get so called mainstream AntiVirus Software and we therefore have Intego VirusBarrier X6 running. However, you can now get lots of AntiVirus Software for Mac include Norton.
    Thanks Dave

Thank you very much Red - I will have a look at the links :-). Its unbelieveable the numbers of spam e-mails I am getting at the moment, and for the last few weeks - so, getting some software not he mac will be good anyway, and hopefully, Rich will sort the problem from his end too - then can get back to normality

The spam blacklists are now active again, as of the last 10 minutes. This should significantly diminish the volume of incoming spam.

Don't know Graham but it certainly worth removing your e-mail addresses from your website to help prevent spammers !
