    Default Auto Generated Emails

I should know this but cannot find it.

Could someone point me in the direction of where I can edit what emails are produced by the commerce cycle? I have a client who gets lots of emails and want to review what they receive and don't receive, but not sure what control I have over this part of the system. Cannot find the area to tick/untick.

Any push in right direction will be hugely appreciated.

    Gaz.

Editing email content is in the Language Editor

Deciding what customers should and shouldn't receive is under Configuration > Order (some are compulsory)

Thanks Joe, seen. To confirm, we can only enable/disable customer confirmation to the customer and new order notification to the call center/shop owner? Would be keeping these 2 as it happens.

Further down the screen you have the following options also:

    Abandoned basket e-mail (days):
    Feedback request e-mail (days):
    Follow-up e-mail (days):
Setting these to 0 will prevent these emails being sent

It actually looks like the others they dont require are generated by EPDQ, not BP.
