    Talking Google Shopping - HELP!

    Hello

Really hope someone can help me on this one as I'm at a loss after reading the forums.
Google are not allowing 16% of my feed due to missing "Colour". I use colour as a variant in the product.

How can I pull this into my feed? Example product being this; http://www.protecttheplanet.co.uk/ec...se-wallet.html

Additionally, how can I make my product show for more generic searches? Example being 'Recycled Firehose Washbag'. Search for that, my product appears. If you search for "Recycled Fire hose wash bag" it doesn't.

    ANY help greatly appreciated!

    Thank you

    James

For colour you need to set it as an attribute and then specify that attribute as the colour column in the feed.

    Hi

I think it depends how your colours are set up in BP. I have mine set up as options of a single product, some have them set up as attributes of a single product. Others each colour as separate products.

As I have mine set up up as options, I've configured mine as follows:

In the export, go right to the bottom where you can see the Option pull downs. When you click on the pull down men, you should see Colours as a menu option. Select that, then in the description box next to it, add the word Colour and save.

If you had colours set up in BP as attributes, you'd basically do the same thing but from the Attribute pull down, which is above the Option pull downs in the export configuration.
