    Default 3 product width slideshow

Does anyone know if it is possible to make a sort or rotating/rolling slideshow that features a row of products 3 wide?

If I understand you correctly, can you not do this by creating the images in Photoshop with images slowly moving left, say, or right?

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I mean a slideshow that shows more than just one image at a time.... on a rolling basis. I see this a lot on other websites but think the BP slideshow can only show one image at a time.

But each product image needs its own link.

It would be great use of a small long space and take up much less room for showing new products, best sellers etc.... I see it everywhere now, on other sites.

Could you set up three smaller width slide shows and assign them in a table layout in a block? Not tried it, just thinking aloud

Not a perfect answer, but you could make a block with 3 (or more) images, each image can have its own link,
create more 2 or more blocks and make them random.
Not perfect but you can get a varied display that way.

The above tutorial by Cate shows how to put slideshow blocks within container blocks so I think you should be able to achieve what you want that way.
