    Default Checkout Address Fields

    I would like to add a non compulsory field to the checkout address. I cannot see where these fields are created or are they automated? Some of our customers are representing organisations or companies and it would be helpful to have that information on there too. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Have a look in site-->configuration-->order tab

    Scroll down and tick Company name field. There is also an Customer comments field.
