    Default Returns Labels etc

Hi all, just wondered what people do for returns paperwork. We don't have a huge amount of returns but when people want to send something back they have to look up the info on our website or email us to find out how and where to return it etc. Without getting too high tech, I think we need to include a label/info or something ideally that has the product info on too in order to make the experience a bit easier for the customer (we don't pay for returns). What do people do or do you put this info on the despatch note? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

We have the t&c, exchange ,returns details and label pre printed. We then print the delivery note on the reverse side.
