    Default Data Scheduling Problems

Starting 48 hours ago we started having problems with the Data Scheduler, basically the routines I have set up have stopped running and are not generating any files. This has been running fine for many years but has suddenly stopped functioning,

I have escalated to BP but not progressing very far at the moment, is anyone else experiencing problems.

    Thx, Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for bring this to our attention.

All of our scheduled imports seem to be working correctly, although sometimes it does miss a beat and skip an import and then work correctly on the next scheduled import. Been doing this for many years but as our scheduled imports run every hour throughout the day it's not a major problem.

However, there does seem to be issues with scheduled data exports. I can't get it to work despite trying x mins past the hour, every 10 mins etc etc.

    Hi Dave,

Yes it is Scheduled Data exports we are having problems with, I have tried setting schedules well in advance etc and nothing seems to work, very odd.

Andrew, It does seem strange that imports are working and exports are not, so cron must be running for the imports to be working. This problem could explain why someone on the forum was having problems with their Google Shopping feed expiring.

Strange no one else has noticed either.

Hopefully BP will get back soon with an answer.
    Regards,

    Dave

Dave, This has now been resolved by Rich, it was due to a 3rd party failed update. I have re-tested and now everything is running, surprised no one else noticed.
