Default Problem with form field not recognising an entry has been made

    Hi
I am hoping to make my website go live in the near future but I am having problems with a form where it is not recognising the name field has been completed.

    http://bp2.betapark.co.uk/antique-fu...de-buyers.html

If I complete all the required fields and click submit I get the message 'required fields must be completed' and the name & calculation box come up clear. I have tried doing it on more than one device, whilst logged in and out of bluepark and I still get the same problem. A couple of screen shots are attached showing what happens and how the field is set up on the Form Editor. I just cannot see what the problem can be.

If anyone can help I would be very grateful - I don't really want to make it a not required field.

    Thanks
    Belinda

    Hi Neil
I am sorry to hear that. I have tried 2 different MacBooks - one using Safari 11.1.1 and Chrome and the other Safari 12.1.1.
Same problem on Safari on my iPhone and on an Android phone with Chrome.
    Thanks

    Hi,

I've tried on both my phone (Google on Samsung) and Laptop (Google & Firefox on Windows 10) and happens on both, so I'd get in-touch with support as this is more than likely a bug.

    Hi Belinda,

In the Form Editor, on the Auto-Response tab and under Form Field Mapping, you had set the "Email Address Field" to your "Name" form field.

This was causing the "Name" form field to be validated as an email address, which it was failing. I've switched it to your "Business Email" form field.

Having made this change, the form now works correctly.
