    To update, the last week since last posted has been nice and fast, with no issues.

    Whatever BP did has seemed to have worked, hopefully others are noticing also?

    Yes slow slow slow, waiting for 30 seconds sometimes for things to load, I am in the process of building website somewhere else now, can't cope with this slowness all the time, it costs money.

    Can bluepark please sort the speed of these websites out now, you are charing us money for a service and again everyday my website is slow on the fornt end and the admin

    Site is very slow and admin side is very slow as well, i am sure bluepark are working to resolve as quickly as they can.

    I'm sorry for the performance issues experienced this week.

    I'm happy to say that we've now identified the problem, but to resolve it we will need to conduct maintenance outside of business hours - per Bluepark server.

    For this reason, we are going to be conducting maintenance after 11pm for the next few nights. Please bear with us, we will get this resolved.

    Just a quick update, it looks like the initial work wasn't able to be completed today by our network provider, so we'll be performing the maintenance early next week.

    still no change in speed and no more updates, more than ever we need faster websites and better everything with the low order numbers because of the current situation, and early next week has been and gone.

    Ours is actually going slower if anything, becoming problematic when trying to take moto orders...having to keep apologising to customers.

    My site is sooooo slow now.. even slower than it was. Whatever work has been done it has not helped and may have made things worse. Just marking one order as shipped is taking ages.

    Ours is very slow too - worse than ever before. I've also had a customer emailing to say that they couldn't complete checkout - which is very worrying considering how few customers we have at the moment.
