Is anyone else's website going slow?

Ours is very slow too - worse than ever before. I've also had a customer emailing to say that they couldn't complete checkout - which is very worrying considering how few customers we have at the moment.

Hmmm... I've had a few "payment failed" emails come through today, I wonder if that is why?

I agree. I hardly get any unfinshed orders usually but the last few days I have 8.

Also still having speed problems - intermittent but just tried to get through checkout and it took an age to load, can't see customers sticking around if that happens to them.

As per the Latest Updates, we’ve just rolled out significant performance enhancements for all Bluepark sites this weekend. I hope you can all feel the difference!

We’ve moved all Bluepark servers to new SSD storage, the specification is higher and the performance is better.

But even this is just an interim solution, the new hardware we have on order is exceptional, and will deliver the best performance we’ve ever had.

We’re sparing no expense to ensure that our sites are as fast as possible.
