Default Anyone else got a SecureTrading problem? "Callback Failure: SecureTrading"

Yesterday around 16:37 we suddenly started getting emails from securetrading saying, "Callback Failure: SecureTrading". Inside the emails was a bunch of technical data.

Basically, when the customer completes the transaction they are returned to the BP transaction failure page, rather than the transaction successful page. However, the transaction was successful. So it worked, but BP thinks it fails.

So customers keep retrying, still get the failure page, then check their credit card account online and find they've been charged multiple times...

We've switched our website to a backup sagepay account while we waited for a reply from secure trading.

They've come back this morning and said there a re no issues at their end, and that the error in their logs is, "404 not found":

    2020-03-18 16:27:19 P6-mh2d21qu:6-70-37101167 UrlNotification:None:CUSTOM:http://www.[domain].co.uk/checkout/action/callback/:

I notice that in the control panel it is https not http and there is no ":" on the end.

But we've not changed anything, so has BP changed something?

Just for good measure we've also noticed the problem on a 2nd website now...

    Anyone else seeing this?

Chrome has introduced a new level of complexity into how callbacks from third parties operate. We're trying to work around this problem.

How are your most recent orders? Are they working normally now?

Should they be using https: by the way?
