All our orders are automaticlly exported to Royal Mails Click & Drop, which is fine and dandy.
However, we now offer a Click & Collect service. When someone selects this they aren't charged any postage, but their order is still being passed on to Click & Drop. If this isn't spotted then it ends up being posted.
If the customer order click & Collect is there any way of stopping the order being sent to RM?
