Hi,

I was hoping someone can help with what I think is quite a simple issue involving the language manager.

For the Email :: Ordercompleted :: Body section, we have the following:

Greetings from %a.

We thought you'd like to know that we will despatch your items today, completing your order.

The following items will be included in this shipment:

%b

Please note that your unique Tracking Number may not be available until the post office have processed the delivery later this afternoon.

We hope you have fully enjoyed your shopping experience and that you return soon.

As far as Im aware, the %b generates the price, order details and other things such as the payment method, delivery method, address and the text 'Your unique Tracking Number for this shipment is SF222222222GB. You are able to monitor its progress via the following link:

http://track2.royalmail.com/portal/r...=SF222222222GB'

The issue were having is that sometimes, we give a partial refund, but the price that is displayed in the email is the original price. Also, our order details often change - we sell prescription glasses and sometimes customers decide to pay extra for thinner lenses and so we send a separate payment link for the extra payment - so sometimes the lens option that remains on the order completed email is incorrect.

So I think it's best just to not give lots of info to the customer in the order completed email and simply say that we've dispatched their order and give details of the tracking number.

But if I omit the %b, it also omits the text which we definitely want to keep - the text about the tracking number:

'Your unique Tracking Number for this shipment is SF222222222GB. You are able to monitor its progress via the following link:

http://track2.royalmail.com/portal/r...=SF222222222GB'

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

Kind regards,

Iain
