For many years we've used the "write it down on a bit of paper and pin it to the wall" system of dealing with customers inquiries, when folk call up or email. We're now looking for a system where a ticket can be raised and actions logged, so that whoever happens to answer the phone next can check up on whats been done.
Can anyone suggest anything? The major issue we've found is that they all seem to offer waaaaaaay much more functionality than we need, so anything simple would be great. Free or cheap is a bonus.
