    Hi,

    Has anyone integrated with Klarna yet ?
    I put the API Credentials into the Payment Integrations in BP, but clicking on the Klarna option that then appeared in Checkout did nothing but return a checkout screen with the Klarna option then removed ... (I've currently made inactive so doesn't show at all now).

    Hi,
    We have been using since the integration came live. Which option did you choose when setting your Klarna account up?
    if you selected the Klarna checkout option this does not work with BP you need to select any or all 3 of the separate payment methods. We had the same issue at the start.

    That could well be what I did ... Looks like fees are higher when you don't choose that option, so will probably leave it because of that.

    Just a thought, how does Klarna work with refunds? Both from a practical point of view, and a legal point of view (right to cancel order within 14 days etc)?

    We issued our first refund with Klarna today, and just processed as we would a normal refund. The refund has gone through on the Klarna orders page, we're now just waiting for the next settlement to seee if they have charged us any fees for that transaction.

    I would assume the right to cancel would be exactly the same.

    Though something that does worry us, is the fact that Klarna class returns as a dispute, and they keep sending us emails about how they charge for disputes. We can only hope that any Klarna users contact us as everyone else does re returns rather than jumping straight to Klarna and raising a dispute. We will have to wait and see.
