Default Problems for customers changing passwords? (forgotten password)

We've have several customers over several websites over quite a long period saying that they're having trouble with the "forgotten password" procedure. Specifically, they keep requesting a new password but don't receive an email.

I guess it could be going to spam, but has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, it's usually in the spambox.
