    Default Royal Mail Click and Drop

    Since yesterdays Royal Mail fiasco my connection between bluepark and click and drop will not reconnect,

    anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it please?

    The whole Click & Drop website was down from 7am til 9pm yesterday.

    I believe is is back up and running today. It is probably worth removing the connection and reconnecting it again. As a lot of data was lost/mangled in the outage.

    Ours is still failing, can only assume it is the whole of the BP integration but surprised more people aren't talking about this? This is a HUGE issue.
    I phone C&D yesterday and they escalated the issue to the technical department but as of yet still nothing, who knows how long this will take. Are Bluepark themselves taking action to liase with C&D on this??

    still not fixed, I did speak to bluepark but they said it was a Royal Mail issue not theirs and I would need to speak to Royal Mail

    Our C&D integration came back online yesterday and has been working as normal.
