    Default Banning a user?

    Is it possible to block a user from ordering?

    Usually blocking the IP does the job, but we have an annoying customer that has a different IP each time, so probably using a VPN or something. We could delete the account, but then he could just create a new one... So is there another way?

    The way i did this was to create a user group.

    Add a 10000 minimum order. tick disable public categories and discounts. And apply it to that user.

    soon got the message.

    Doesn't stop them using another email address tho.
