We've had issues before where emails sent from our bluepark websites are getting put in junk/spam folders by gmail, so we put notes on our confirmation page and contact pages saying we have issues with gmail and to whitelist us.
But in the last few weeks we've had 2 people that insist they're checking both spam and junk mail folders but are not seeing our emails at all. We had to communicate with one via a trustpilot review and the other though the public comments in the order status!
Does anyone have any idea why our emails are apparently not even getting to junk/spam, and is anyone else seeing the same thing?
