MS Office outlook 365 on a new pc.

Hi,

We had Outlook 2013 set up on the old pc with a few offline folders we could move emails to so they were not sitting in the online inbox and this worked well for us.

I have just tried to import the .pst file off the old pc into the new MS Office 365 outlook but everything seems to be in the online inbox rather than offline folders being created so it was set up like our old pc.

Please can someone help me and tell me how I set up offline folders so I can drag emails from the online inbox into these offline folders so that our inbox doesn't get to be enormous and we end up going over our server limit.

Are you using Outlook on a PC or are you logging into Outlook webmail using a browser?
