I'm having issues with gmail, every order that is placed with a gmail address is coming back with

the odd one you would say was an issue with their email but this is every gmail order - anyone else noticed this?

It appears your site is listed a on spam blacklist with Barracuda which could be causing the issue

However, if you look at Barracuda by entering your domain name its not showing as blacklisted which is strange
https://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups

In the first instance I would report the issue to Barracuda by telling them mxtoolbox.com reports your site as being on Barracuda blacklist and ask them to investigate
https://www.barracudacentral.org/report

You could be on the blacklist due the number of e-mails sent in one go or it could be another site on the same IP address. I would also suggest you email BP to see if they can help further.

Just out of curiosity (as we use gmail too but are not having any issues), we just checked our site, and it too is listed by mxtools as blacklisted by Barracuda, but Barracuda is not showing us as blacklisted.

I doublechecked the IP address shown for threelittlebears against the one shown for us on mxtools, they are not the same.

Could it be a BP issue?

it's odd the only time I sent lot of emails was when the gdpr thing came out - maybe it was then?

Have you spoken to BP ? just thought i'd check before contacting them too

i'm still having problems and it seems over half my orders are with gmail addresses

they must have done something when I contacted them yes,

yes it's only gmail, I've contacted BP and they've come back to me really quickly and said the issue with SPF Record.

i've got to change something in 123 reg just got to get my head around it first as i'm not greata with techy stuff

the SPF record has been changed and up to now i'm not getting any issues with Gmail addresses so it looks like it’s worked ��
