Google Shopping Question

I have google shopping set up and just leave it to plod along occasionally charging the daily allowance at peak times

I really don't understand much about it, so don't mess as I don't want to break something that doesn't need fixing as such

the question I have though is I am getting a lot of people I think through shopping that are in countries I no longer ship too ( I only shop to US, Australia, etc and no EU countries since Brexit and how complicated the postage has become with customs)

any way is there a way to select that your shopping campaign is only shown in the UK ? or is this already the case and the overseas people are finding me through other ways?

just concerned it could be costing me money when they wont be able to order? as I've seen an increase of abandoned carts from buyers outside the UK which would happen as they wont get through chckout

You can check in the campaign settings if the country is set to UK only. If it isn't you can change it.

It's also worth checking on the search terms for your campaign(s), and adding any non-relevant ones as negative keywords. Google can really eat through your money by throwing up your products for often daft terms.

On the side menu, select "Campaigns".
Click on the campaign you want to check.
In the side menu select "Settings", this should bring you to "Shopping campaign settings".
Scroll down to "Targeting", the option "Locations" is where you can select which countries you want your ads to show.
