Monitor and Process Your Despatch Notes

The Order Despatch section enables you to view every despatch note generated. This section is particularly useful when Advanced Order Processing is activated via Settings: Orders tab, enabling you to mark products as Picked first, generating despatch notes, and then Shipped later, notifying the customer.

The primary purpose of the Order Despatch section is to process each despatch note individually, package by package. Selecting or searching for a despatch number will enable you to mark all associated Picked products as Shipped, adding an optional Tracking Number. When used in conjunction with despatch number bar codes on your despatch notes, activated via Settings: Orders tab, a bar code scanner connected via USB can also be used to quickly find despatch notes for processing.
