Warehousing or Drop Shipping

Your Suppliers are the companies that provide your business with the products you sell. These may be products that you stock and despatch yourself, or alternatively the Supplier may function as a Drop Shipper.

Drop Shippers are effectively business partners that hold the stock of the products you're selling, and arrange their despatch to your customers. It might be the case that you receive a commission for every sale via your site.

When you sell a product with a Drop Shipper assigned, an email is sent informing the Drop Shipper and requesting despatch. This email may be sent either immediately following receipt of the order or after you have manually processed the order.
