User groups to segment customers

Segmenting your customers into different groups enables you to offer each group a unique shopping experience. Create tailored customer groups to determine which areas of the site they are able to view. Credit accounts can be offered per wholesale customer, and each one can be given their own individual credit limit and payment terms.

Trade pricing, discounts and product ranges

Each customer group can have its own exclusive range of products available to view via private categories. Trade prices can either be specific to each product, or pricing can be determined by percentage discounts assigned to the customer group. Products also support minimum and maximum order quantities, as well as the option to sell in multiples.

Offer trade customers the chance to download a pro forma invoice and agree pricing with their accounts department before purchasing. Their order will remain available to be amended, or added to, for the next 30 days. Once they’re happy, they can checkout as normal, using their credit account.

Password protected content

It’s easy to password protect all or a portion of your B2B online shop to restrict access to authorised customers only. Customers assigned to user groups will only be able to access their specific categories and products by signing into their account. Individual pages can also be set with a universal password to allow access to just a small selection of customers.
