Multi-Channel Ecommerce

A Channel is a point of sale other than your Bluepark site, an external selling platform. Bluepark's built-in multi-channel functionality enables you to, for example, sell on multiple Bluepark sites, including third party platforms such as eBay, while gathering all of your orders in one central order database, and synchronising stock across all of your sales Channels simultaneously.

The Sales Channels section on the "master" site is used to create the associations with your "slave" sites - your external sales Channels. Changing the active status of a Channel can temporarily prevent the automatic exchange of order and stock information.
